Annual Servicing/10,000kms
Once a year or every 10,000km, whichever comes first. Most insurers expect it and most warranties require it.
We check and service:

12V, batteries and solar

Gas system, leak tested by a licensed gasfitter

You get a written report on anything we find.
What we can fix

Running gear. Bearings, brakes, suspension, tyres, couplings, chassis and drawbar.

Leaks and water damage. Roof and window seals, delamination, soft floors, hail and stone damage. The most common caravan repair in Australia and the most expensive to leave.

Plumbing. Pumps, taps, tanks, hot water services, showers and toilets.

12V and solar. Batteries, chargers, solar panels and controllers, inverters, Victron and BMPRO diagnostics, wiring faults.

Gas and 240V. Regulators, cooktops, gas hot water, compliance certificates, safety switches and test and tag. Carried out by licensed trades.

Appliances and fit-out. Fridges, air conditioners, diesel heaters, awnings, doors, windows, electric steps, upholstery.
Warranty work & checks
Cadillac RVs come with a 5 year chassis warranty and a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. Bring it back here and we'll handle the claim with Cadillac rather than leaving you to chase it.
Heading off on a big trip? A pre-trip inspection covers the things that strand you: bearings, brakes, tyres, coupling and 12V. Book three to four weeks out so there's time to order parts.
